Privacy Policy

As a health care provider I must collect a certain amount of personal information from you in order to safely treat you. All personal information collected is completely private and requires your written consent to be disclosed or discussed with anyone.

Cancellation Policy

It is understood that the unexpected may happen and that schedules can change. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment in consideration of other clients. If 24 hours advance notice is not received for a missed appointment, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged, and is required to be paid before the next treatment appointment. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.
